Berks Vintage and Streetwear — Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time : Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Vintage items may require extra inspection; if processing will take longer we will notify you by email. 

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S.) 

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days (typically for packages under 1 lb).  
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days.  
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (expedited). 
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days (for heavier or bulk orders). 
    Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete and are not guaranteed by Berks Vintage and Streetwear. 
  1. Shipping Costs 
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on carrier, service level, package weight/dimensions, and delivery address. Any flat‑rate or free‑shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout. 

  2. Shopify Withholdings (If Applicable) 
    If your order is processed through marketplace financing or platform withholdings, those withholdings do not alter shipping methods or delivery estimates. (Remove or adapt this section if not applicable.)

  3. Local Pickup & Local Delivery (Midtown Oklahoma City) 1006 N Hudson Ave, Suite 103 

  • Local pickup: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready (typically within 24–48 hours). Bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation. 
  • Local delivery: May be available within Midtown OKC for a small fee. Select “Local Delivery” at checkout if offered; we will contact you to confirm delivery window. 
  1. Multiple-Item Orders & Combined Shipments 
    We will combine items into a single shipment when possible to reduce cost. If items must ship separately, you will receive tracking information for each package. 

  2. Tracking & Notifications 
    You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

  3. Address Changes & Returned Packages 
    Confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address after an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed status, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment fees. 

  4. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 
    Inspect shipments upon arrival. If an item is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at berksvtg@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of damage (if applicable). We will investigate with the carrier and, after verification, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  5. Vintage Item Condition & Descriptions 
    All vintage items are sold as described. Minor wear consistent with age is common and noted in product listings. Please review item descriptions and photos before purchase.

  6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 
    Currently we ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  7. Cancellations & Refunds Related to Shipping 
    Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. If you refuse delivery or return an item due to change of mind, return shipping and any additional fees may apply; refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

  8. Policy Changes 
    We may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The version posted on our site at the time of purchase governs that purchase.
